If you need more, move up a plan. If you need less, move down. Every monthly plan is month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
After your first two months, you can choose to pay yearly: the same as 12 monthly payments, with your price locked for 2 years and a bonus.

If you ever leave
Give me 30 days’ notice. There’s no exit fee and you keep everything: your website, your domain and your content. I send you a handover pack with your logins and backups. If you’d like me to move the site to a new host for you, that’s a fixed £150, quoted first.

Quick Fix
£150 once

- A real example
I make Sam’s site quicker on phones, move his booking link to where people can see it, and make his phone number tap-to-call. All three are done within 7 working days.
- What it costs
£150, paid once. Fixed in 7 working days, or it’s free. If you join a care plan within 30 days, the full £150 comes off your first care plan bills.
- What's included
Up to 3 fixes from your Website Check, within 3 hours of work in total. A fix can be a pay or booking button on an existing page (using your own link), an FAQ of up to 5 questions written from your answers, or a waiting-list form using the form your site already has.
- What's not included
New pages or redesigns, setting up your payment or booking account, new paid plugins, or writing beyond the FAQ. If one of your top 3 needs that, I’ll tell you and give you a price before you pay.
Essential Care
£79 a month
- Site down: 1 working day
- Who it’s for
Your site is fine as it is. You just want it safe.
- What it is
Your website is kept safe, backed up and watched. If an update breaks something, including a form, I fix it free. Plus:
- a short all-clear note each month
- up to 30 minutes of small edits a month
- A real example
An update I run breaks Sam’s enquiry form. My check after the update spots it, and it’s fixed within one working day, at no extra cost.

- What's not included
Bigger changes to your words, pictures or design, and the monthly test of your forms and booking links (that’s Care Plus and up). Unused minutes don’t carry over. For more changes, there’s the Update Pack.
Care Plus
£149 a month

You change something small on your site most months.
- What it is
Everything in Essential Care, plus:
- up to 2 hours of changes a month, done within 3 working days
- a test of your forms and booking links every month, not just after updates
- a short report each month

Sam changes something small most months: new prices in January, a new photo in March. He sends me a quick email, and it’s done within 3 working days. Each month I also test his enquiry form and booking link, and he gets a short report.

Growth Care
£299 a month

People find you on Google, and you want that looked after.
- What it is
Everything in Care Plus, plus:
- up to 4 hours of changes a month to your existing site
- monthly Google upkeep on your existing pages: page titles and descriptions, broken links fixed, and a check of your Google Business Profile and Google Search Console
- a full plain-English report each month, with one suggested next step
- if your site goes down, I’m on it within 4 working hours

Sam sends me one email a month: “New offer, new photos, Christmas hours.” It’s done within 3 working days. I also keep his page titles and descriptions up to date and fix any broken links, and his report ends with one suggestion for next month.

Done For You
£749 a month

- Who it’s for
You’ve a new offer or season coming. I plan it, build it and look after it, with your yes.
- What it is
Everything in Growth Care, plus:
- 6 more hours a month for new pages and campaigns, on top of Growth’s 4 hours of changes (10 hours a month in total)
- a written plan each month
- first place in my queue: if your site goes down, I’m on it within 2 working hours, and changes are done within 2 working days
- A real example
For the new year, Sam gets a discovery-call page for his offer and a booking page for it. Planned, built and live without him lifting a finger, beyond saying yes.
- What it costs
£749 a month. I only take 3 businesses on this plan, so each one gets proper time. No minimum term, 30 days’ notice. If your site goes down, I’m on it within 2 working hours. Changes are done within 2 working days.
- What's not included
Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month. Bigger projects, like a whole new website, get a price first. Extra time is £60 an hour, and we agree it first.
Update Pack
£150 for 3 hours

Changes to your words, pictures or design.
- What it is
3 hours of my time for changes to your words, pictures or design. Use them whenever you need, within 90 days. It’s my bulk rate for plan holders.
- A real example
Sam adds a new coaching package, updates his prices and swaps 5 photos. That’s about 1 hour, so he still has 2 hours left for later.

£150 for 3 hours, to use within 90 days.
- What's not included

Extra time

How my rates work: £60 an hour is my standard rate. The Update Pack is the bulk rate for plan holders: 3 hours for £150. All prices are in UK pounds (£). No VAT is charged.

This is how it works on my hosting. If your site is hosted somewhere else, your free Website Check tells you how we’d cover it.
How quickly I respond
All times are Monday to Friday.
- If your site goes down: within 2 working hours on Done For You, 4 working hours on Growth Care, and 1 working day on Care Plus and Essential Care.
- Changes: within 2 working days on Done For You, and within 3 working days on Growth Care and Care Plus.

If you leave
Give me 30 days’ notice. There’s no exit fee and you keep everything: your website, your domain and your content. I send you a handover pack with your logins and backups. If you’d like me to move the site to a new host for you, that’s a fixed £150, quoted first.
I can’t promise a top spot on Google or a set number of new customers, and nobody honestly can. What I do promise is the care above, on the times above. All prices are in UK pounds (£). No VAT is charged.
