Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect on wonderlandsites.com, why, and what you can do about it. I’m Alleo Gordon, a sole trader trading as Wonderland Sites, 8 Larch Road, Leyton, Waltham Forest, London, E10 5TH, United Kingdom. I’m the person responsible for your data. What I collect

What you send me. When you join a waitlist or the newsletter, or use the contact form, I collect your email address, and anything else you choose to give (your name, which “door” fits you, your message).
Emails you send me at info@wonderlandsites.com.
Basic technical data. My hosting provider keeps server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. A short-lived record of your IP address is used to stop spam on the forms.
SEO tools. The site loads a script from NytroSEO that improves how pages appear in search results. It may process your IP address and browser details.

I don’t run advertising trackers, and I don’t sell your data.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

To reply to you and send what you asked for (a resource, a waitlist update, the newsletter). Basis: your consent, and steps before a contract.
To run, secure and improve the site. Basis: my legitimate interests.
To provide services you buy from me, and keep records the law requires. Basis: contract and legal obligation.

You can withdraw consent at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email me.

Who I share it with

Only the services that help me run the site and reply to you, under their own data-protection terms:

Hostinger (website hosting and email)
I don’t run a mailing list yet. If I start one, I’ll name the service it uses here.
NytroSEO (search optimisation script)

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, EU or Mexico. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Form entries and emails: as long as we’re in touch, then up to 2 years.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Client records: up to 6 years, for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Mexico’s data-protection law and US state privacy laws), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or limit how I use it, and withdraw consent. Email info@wonderlandsites.com and I’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to your local regulator, for example the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children under 16, and I don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be flagged on the site.
