Your first week
We start
I record your starting numbers, move your site to my hosting and begin Growth Care. I start at most 2 new founders a week, so everyone gets a proper start.

Everything in Care Plus, plus:
- up to 4 hours of changes a month to your existing site
- monthly Google upkeep on your existing pages: page titles and descriptions, broken links fixed, and a check of your Google Business Profile and Google Search Console
- a full plain-English report each month, with one suggested next step
- if your site goes down, I’m on it within 4 working hours

Sam sends me one email a month: “New offer, new photos, Christmas hours.” It’s done within 3 working days. I also keep his page titles and descriptions up to date and fix any broken links, and his report ends with one suggestion for next month.
- What it costs
£299 a month. No minimum term, 30 days’ notice. If your site goes down, I’m on it within 4 working hours. Changes are done within 3 working days.
- What's not included
New pages or features (I’ll give you a price first). Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month. Extra time is £60 an hour, and we agree it first.
Founding members get exactly this plan. Year 1: £150 a month for 12 months, or £1,500 upfront. After that: £199 a month for as long as you stay, with 30 days’ notice. The public price stays £299 a month.

What every care plan includes, and how quickly I respond.
Every care plan includes
- Weekly updates: WordPress, plugins and theme updated every week, then I check your key pages still work.
- Daily backups: kept separately from your website for 7 days, plus weekly backups kept for 6 weeks.
- Malware scanning: your site’s files are scanned automatically, and anything found is cleaned up.
- The padlock: a free SSL security certificate, renewed automatically.
- Up-to-date PHP: the software your site runs on is kept on a supported version.
- Fixed free: if an update I run breaks something, I fix it, plus a monthly note or report.
This is how it works on my hosting. If your site is hosted somewhere else, your free Website Check tells you how we’d cover it.
How quickly I respond
All times are Monday to Friday.
- If your site goes down: within 2 working hours on Done For You, 4 working hours on Growth Care, and 1 working day on Care Plus and Essential Care.
- Changes: within 2 working days on Done For You, and within 3 working days on Growth Care and Care Plus.

Straight answers before you apply.
Why is it cheaper? What’s the catch?
Growth Care is new, and I want to prove it with real numbers from real businesses. So the first 10 get a lower price, and in return they help me show what it does: a short video, permission for a case study, a little monthly feedback, and an introduction if they know someone. That’s the whole catch, and it’s written into a one-page agreement before you pay.
What does the 12 months mean? Can I leave early?
The founding rate is for a 12-month commitment. You can still leave at any time with 30 days’ notice. If you pay monthly and leave inside the first 12 months, you pay back £50 for each month left, never more than the saving you’ve had. If you paid upfront, there’s nothing to pay back, and unused months aren’t refunded.
What happens after the first year?
Your plan carries on as Growth Care at the founder rate of £199 a month, for as long as you stay without a break. There’s no minimum term after year 1, just 30 days’ notice. If you leave and come back later, the public price applies.
What if I can’t do the give-backs?
Tell me early and we’ll find a way, for example a voice note instead of the form. If a give-back is missed, I remind you once. If it still isn’t done within 30 days, the founding rate ends: you move to the public Growth Care price (£299 a month), and the 12-month commitment ends with it, so you’re free to leave with 30 days’ notice. Introductions only count if you know someone who’d be a good fit.
Do I have to move my website to your hosting?
Yes. Growth Care works the way it’s described here on my hosting, so moving your site is part of the fit. I move it for you at no extra cost (normally £150), and your website, content and domain always stay yours. If your email lives with your current provider, it stays where it is.
Will this get me more enquiries or a higher Google ranking?
I can’t promise that, and I won’t. What I can promise is the work: your site kept safe and up to date, Google upkeep on your existing pages every month, up to 4 hours of changes, and a plain-English report with one suggested next step. On day 1 I record your starting numbers, so we can both see honestly what changes.

The founding spots are for new clients only. If you’re already on a plan and want Growth Care, just email me and I’ll show you the simplest way to move up.

So every client gets proper care, I take on no more than 2 new care clients a week. I work Monday to Friday, not weekends, and if I’m away on holiday or unwell, I’ll tell you and your start date moves to the next free slot.
