- What it is
Everything in Care Plus, plus:
- up to 4 hours of changes a month to your existing site
- monthly Google upkeep on your existing pages: page titles and descriptions, broken links fixed, and a check of your Google Business Profile and Google Search Console
- a full plain-English report each month, with one suggested next step
- if your site goes down, I’m on it within 4 working hours

Sam sends me one email a month: “New offer, new photos, Christmas hours.” It’s done within 3 working days. I also keep his page titles and descriptions up to date and fix any broken links, and his report ends with one suggestion for next month.
- What it costs
£299 a month. No minimum term, 30 days’ notice. If your site goes down, I’m on it within 4 working hours. Changes are done within 3 working days.
- What's not included
New pages or features (I’ll give you a price first). Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month. Extra time is £60 an hour, and we agree it first.

What every care plan includes, and how quickly I respond.
Every care plan includes
- Weekly updates: WordPress, plugins and theme updated every week, then I check your key pages still work.
- Daily backups: kept separately from your website for 7 days, plus weekly backups kept for 6 weeks.
- Malware scanning: your site’s files are scanned automatically, and anything found is cleaned up.
- The padlock: a free SSL security certificate, renewed automatically.
- Up-to-date PHP: the software your site runs on is kept on a supported version.
- Fixed free: if an update I run breaks something, I fix it, plus a monthly note or report.
This is how it works on my hosting. If your site is hosted somewhere else, your free Website Check tells you how we’d cover it.
How quickly I respond
All times are Monday to Friday.
- If your site goes down: within 2 working hours on Done For You, 4 working hours on Growth Care, and 1 working day on Care Plus and Essential Care.
- Changes: within 2 working days on Done For You, and within 3 working days on Growth Care and Care Plus.
