Help pet owners feel they know Roxy before they've even met her.
Explain the care clearly, from daily photos and videos to tracked walks.
Let customers shop and pay online without any confusion.
Make personalised orders easy to get right the first time.

I designed and built Kuddl from start to finish, logo included: the branding, the layout, the visual elements and the online store.

The client had no technical, design or branding background, so I led the whole process: I listened to what they needed, studied their industry and competitors, and chose colours and a look that fit the people they serve.

I host Kuddl and look after it month to month, so Roxy can focus on the animals in her care.

When Roxy wanted a clearer way to explain personalised products, I added a step-by-step ordering guide to the Store page. Customers now know to add the names they want in the order notes at checkout.
