How the 5-working-day guarantee works
Done within 5 working days, or your money back and you keep the work. The clock starts once we have access and your answers. UK working days, Monday to Friday, not bank holidays. Waits outside our control (like Google verifying a profile) don’t count. Fixed scope, and anything extra is priced first. One revision within 7 days. Up to 10 tasks a week, with your start date shown before you pay. One task at a time.

The challenge is free, and that won’t change. If you’d like more help, here’s every step, in pounds, with no surprises. All prices are in UK pounds (£). No VAT is charged.

Paid steps, smallest first
So every client gets proper care, I take on no more than 2 new care clients a week. I work Monday to Friday, not weekends, and if I’m away on holiday or unwell, I’ll tell you and your start date moves to the next free slot.
Care plans: no minimum term, 30 days’ notice. Nothing changes on your site without your yes.

Questions people ask
Is it really free? What’s the catch?
It’s free for everyone who joins by Friday 27 November, 11:59pm UK time, and you keep all 8 weeks. There’s no card and nothing to cancel. At the end, I’ll invite you to the Circle, our members’ group, at £29 a month. Saying no is completely fine, and you keep everything you’ve made.
How much time does it take?
About an hour a week, and never more: every weekly page is made to fit in an hour (a short video, a guide and a checklist). Some weeks are quicker. You choose when.
What if I fall behind, or I’m away over Christmas?
No problem. Each page stays open once it opens, so you can catch up when it suits you. Nobody’s checking up on you.
I’m not techy. Can I still do it?
Yes. Every step is in plain English, with a short video showing what to click. If you get stuck, reply to any email and ask.
I don’t have a website yet. Can I join?
Yes, anyone can join. Leave the website box blank. Weeks 2, 3 and 4 (your one line, the words people search, your content map) work without a website, and they’re a good start before you have one.
Are there calls or live sessions?
No. Everything comes by email and one page a week. If you have a question, just reply to any email.
What’s the Village, and do I have to join?
The Village is the Riverside Community on WhatsApp, a friendly place to share wins and ask for help. It’s optional. Everything you need for the challenge comes by email anyway.
Will this get me more customers?
I can’t promise that, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. Every business is different. What I can promise is a clear step each week, in plain English, and that by Week 8 you’ll understand what your website needs and have the first pieces done.
Can you just do it for me?
Yes, if you’d like. While a round of the challenge is running, each week has tasks we can do for you, with the price shown first. They’re done within 5 working days, or you get your money back and keep the work. If you’d rather hand over the whole website, the care plans are above.
What happens to my details?
They stay with me at WonderlandSites. I’ll email you once a week during the challenge, then my fortnightly letter, and you can unsubscribe in one click. I never sell or share your details. The full details are in the privacy policy.
